Company Description

Scandagra Estonia is one of the largest feeds producer and one of the largest providers of agricultural supplies and services in Estonia. Established in 1993, the company operates under its current name since 2013 and is jointly owned by Swedish cooperative Lantmännen and Danish cooperative DLG. Scandagra Estonia owns the largest agricultural store chain in the country and is engaged in the production and sale of animal feed, fertilizers, plant protection products, grain, and agricultural accessories. The main units are located in Viljandi, Jüri, Tartu, Elva, Keila, Näpi, and Laupa, with a total of 8 stores across Estonia.


Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fertilizers Product Manager, based in Tallinn or Tartu with some work-from-home flexibility. The Fertilizers Product Manager will be responsible for managing the entire product life cycle of fertilizers, from planning and forecasting to introducing new products to the market. Daily tasks will include market research, analyzing product performance, developing marketing strategies, collaborating with the sales team, and maintaining relationships with suppliers and clients. The role requires ensuring product quality and compliance with industry regulations.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Product Management and Market Research
  • Strong understanding of agricultural products, particularly fertilizers
  • Skills in Marketing Strategy Development and Sales Collaboration
  • Excellent Communication and Relationship Management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in an agricultural company is a plus
