What You’ll Do
- You’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless radio network integration and performance across Telia’s mobile infrastructure.
- Perform integration, configuration, and commissioning of radio network elements (RAN, Core, Transmission, etc.).
- Execute software upgrades, parameter changes, and network expansions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of integration activities and results.
- Work closely with project managers, field engineers, and customers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- You’re a detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys working in a fast-evolving technology environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience with radio network equipment and integration processes.
- Familiarity with network management tools, protocols, and automation scripts.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Fluency in Estonian and English.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., GSM, LTE, NR).
- Experience working in multi-vendor environments.
