- become a right hand for the Finance Business Partner
- produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
- actively participate in month-end closing process, incl. preparation of cost accruals
- contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, combining inputs from different departments
- support with regular variance analysis and reporting on the financial results
- prepare reports and build models in Excel and PowerBI
- provide ad-hoc reports and analytics based on business needs
- produce insights into key drivers of profitability and assist in recommending strategies for margin improvement
- hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field;
- have 1-3 years in data analysis or a related role;
- have advanced knowledge of Excel;
- have user knowledge of PowerBI and ERP systems,
- have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business data and develop actionable recommendations.
