HamyarMan, an exciting pre-incorporation startup in Finland, is building a mobile platform to connect elders with trusted caregivers, transforming the elder care market. We’re seeking a skilled Mobile (React Native) & Backend Developer to join our lean team and lead the development of our MVP, launching in 6 months with a 500-user pilot in Helsinki. You’ll build an elder-friendly mobile app and robust backend (NodeJs, postgresql) to enable seamless caregiver booking and GDPR-compliant data security.

As a startup, we offer 4%-7% equity ownership (vesting over 2 years with a 1-year cliff) with posibilty to shift toward salary based (when we start to get revenue) instead of immediate salary, giving you a stake in our mission to empower seniors and capture a growing market.

You’ll collaborate with our founder (a software engineer) and UI/UX designer to create accessible features like caregiver profiles, real-time tracking, and transparent care reports. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience in React Native and Node.js, a passion for impactful startups, and familiarity with GDPR or Finnish healthcare regulations (a plus).
