As we grow, we’re looking for a Head of IT based in our Helsinki HQ to design and lead a modern, secure, and automated IT environment that drives our future success.

This role combines strategic leadership and hands-on execution, building efficient systems and guiding a small, high-impact team that collaborates across people, security, legal, and finance. You’ll leverage automation and AI to enhance the employee experience, strengthen security, and create a scalable, resilient IT ecosystem that supports our global workforce across macOS, iOS, Windows, and Android platforms.

In this role, you will…

  • Strategic Leadership & Vision: You will define and execute a global IT roadmap that supports our rapid growth, focusing on scalability, security, and an exceptional employee experience. You will serve as the key technology partner to business leaders across the organization.
  • Zero Trust in IT Security: You will evolve and champion our Zero Trust security model across all employee endpoints, networks, and applications. Your leadership will ensure the robust protection of our internal operations in a distributed environment.
  • Automation & AI-Powered Operations: You will pioneer the use of automation and AI to manage our IT infrastructure, streamline support processes, and enable a small, high-impact team to achieve outsized results.
  • Vendor Management: You will be responsible for managing key vendor relationships and running distributed IT management around the world with key outsourcing partners.
  • Modern Endpoint & Infrastructure Management: You will oversee our multi-platform device fleet (macOS, iOS, expanding to Windows/Android) using modern device management (MDM) and infrastructure-as-code principles to ensure consistency and security at scale.
  • Team Mentorship & Growth: You will lead and mentor our IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, proactive problem-solving, and operational excellence.
  • Great customer service: You'll be a hands-on in providing great support along with your team to our global employees


This position is for you if you have…

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior IT role, preferably within a fast-growing SaaS or technology company.
  • Experience in providing timely IT support to a globally distributed workforce, both with in-house staff and external vendors.
  • Proficiency with Zero Trust security principles and experience implementing them in a cloud-native environment.
  • Strong background in managing modern, mixed-device fleets (macOS, iOS, Windows, Android) using enterprise MDM solutions.
  • Proven ability to leverage automation, scripting, and modern tooling to manage infrastructure and streamline operations.
  • Experience leading and developing a technical team, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, particularly in environments like AWS or Google Cloud.
  • Experience helping with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).
