Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, technically complex construction projects within a collaborative, multicultural environment. You will join a high-performing team that values integrity, innovation, and shared success.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a visible leader onsite, assessing project progress and ensuring safe work practices.
• Coordinate with client, consultant, and contractor teams on all project completion activities, including scheduling and partner engagement.
• Identify issues proactively and work collaboratively to resolve them effectively.
• Implement and monitor key project processes, partnering with clients to drive improvements and revisions.
• Lead and participate in project meetings to track progress, solve problems, and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Implement project procedures and ensure compliance across all phases of delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects, ideally in data center or similarly complex environments.
• Strong understanding of CSA and MEP systems.
• Skilled in client, contractor, and vendor management, including RFPs, bidding, and change control processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; detail-oriented and quality-focused.
• Experience in international projects with a collaborative and inclusive mindset.
• Ability to build strong professional relationships through openness, shared goals, and a positive team culture.
