Keysight Nemo Wireless Network Solutions seeks an experienced electronics system design / hardware engineer to lead the hardware, system design and firmware product development in Nemo portfolio

As an R&D Technical Hardware and System Design Lead, you get to work with industry-leading mobile network benchmarking and monitoring solutions and will play a key role in shaping the platform for future needs. You will be a key member of a multidisciplinary and international team of R&D engineers who research and develop world leading solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive system-level specifications, component selection, and design strategies.
• Prototype and develop proof-of-concept hardware systems for key customers
• Manage and lead product design activities across entire product lifecycle —from concept, schematic design, PCB layout, prototyping, validation, to production support, ensuring performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Ensure all electronic designs meet regulatory standards
• Work with order fulfillment, suppliers, manufacturing partners, and technology providers to deliver cost optimized designs and components.
• Perform field tests of systems
• Contribute to strategic planning, research projects and technical roadmaps

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in electronics design for embedded systems
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Electrical or Embedded Systems Engineering
• Solid expertise in analog and digital circuit design, power management, and embedded systems.
• Hands-on experience with building and validating prototypes, and using lab equipment
• In-depth understanding of the product development process, from early concept through mass production.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
