Responsibilities

As an essential player in our NOC Team, you’ll be at the frontline of maintaining Tango’s reliability and success. You’ll tackle challenges head-on, ensuring our users enjoy an uninterrupted experience no matter the time or place.

  • Lead incident management and review – oversee critical processes that mitigate issues, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to find fast, effective solutions.
  • Prevent issues before they arise – armed with the best monitoring tools, you’ll catch potential incidents early, keeping Tango streaming smoothly.
  • Drive reliability and performance – analyze system observability, maintainability, and reliability to shorten recovery times and improve overall system health.
  • Own and enhance our Knowledge base, creating a resource that empowers the team to respond with speed and precision.


Requirements

  • Monitoring/Support Background: 3+ years in an application monitoring/support role
  • Familiarity with APM Tools like DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, as well as integrations with Slack and PagerDuty.
  • Clear Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills, ability to address the issue effectively.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects with ease.
  • Night Shift Availability: Flexibility to cover night shifts and ensure continuous system oversight.


Would be a plus:

  • Experience in public cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure) for production support.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible – or an eagerness to learn.
  • Programming experience in any language
