Senior Data Analyst

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Leading advanced data analyses from multiple sources and transforming them into strategic reports;
  • Developing, monitoring, and optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and supporting the definition of new metrics based on business objectives;
  • Managing reporting processes, automating data flows, and implementing tools and technological solutions to support analytical processes;
  • Taking responsibility for comprehensive data presentations, including recommending strategic actions based on quantitative and qualitative analyses;
  • Implementing advanced reporting procedures, standardizing analytical processes, and developing best practices in data analysis;
  • Leading optimization projects aimed at improving the efficiency of reporting and data analysis processes;
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members, including providing support in complex analytical projects and problem-solving;
  • Conducting advanced training and workshops on analytical tools and reporting technologies.


Skills:

  • Fluent English proficiency (minimum C1 level) in both speaking and writing;
  • Higher education (preferred fields: business analytics, finance, economics);
  • At least 3 years of experience in roles related to analysis, planning, and process optimization;
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on MS Excel and VBA;
  • Experience with advanced analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Python);
  • Ability to work with and analyze large data sets (Big Data) to support business decision-making;
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing complex optimization procedures;
  • Highly developed analytical skills, strategic thinking, and project management abilities;
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under time pressure, with a flexible approach to changing conditions;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including building and maintaining business relationships, mentoring junior team members, and leading a team effectively.
