With a remote-first approach and a collaborative international environment, they are now looking for a Head of Machine Learning to play a strategic role in shaping their AI journey and leading a growing team of 10 Machine Learning experts.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Define and own the Machine Learning vision & roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a distributed team of 10 Data Scientists & ML Engineers.
• Oversee the design, training, and deployment of ML and Deep Learning models.
• Implement MLOps best practices to ensure scalability and reliability in production.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to deliver business value through AI.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovation into the company.

🔎 Profile

• 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning / Data Science, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of deploying ML models in production environments.
• Strong expertise with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn.
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and ability to drive a remote-first culture.
• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
