We’re currently looking for a Senior iOS Engineer to help us take our mobile experience to the next level. If you’re excited about building beautiful, responsive apps in SwiftUI and shaping the future of podcast communities, we’d love to hear from you.
Tasks
- Build and maintain our iOS app using SwiftUI
- Collaborate closely with design, product, and backend teams to deliver delightful user experiences
- Ensure top-tier code quality, performance, and scalability in a mobile environment
- Take ownership of architectural decisions and help set technical direction for our iOS codebase
- Actively participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team
- Help us shape and evolve the mobile experience at CampfireFM
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional iOS development experience, with 2+ years focused on SwiftUI
- Deep understanding of modern iOS paradigms (Swift Concurrency, Observable, etc.)
- Experience with integrating REST APIs and working with modern backend systems
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows (e.g. Xcode Cloud)
- Strong testing habits and experience using SwiftTesting, XCTest or similar frameworks
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A passion for Podcasts and community products
- Fluent in English (required), German is a very big plus
- Must be based in Germany, preferably in or around Berlin
