Site Reliability Engineer (All genders)

Your Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform / OpenTofu or Ansible
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes environments with tools such as Helm, Kustomize, and ArgoCD
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Create and manage Docker images, including performing regular security checks
• Ensure system scalability and load balancing with Azure Virtual Machine Scale Sets, Azure Load Balancer, Nginx, or HAProxy
• Design and secure network architectures, including firewalls, VNETs, DNS, and TLS certificates
• Implement and configure monitoring solutions such as Prometheus, Loki, Grafana, or Zabbix
• Provide guidance and training to teams on DevOps methodologies and best practices

Your Profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3 years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer
• Strong knowledge of Terraform / OpenTofu or Ansible
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud
• Skilled in Git and familiar with modern Git workflows (GitHub, GitLab)
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification preferred
• Fluent in German (C1 level) and a good command of English
