Location: Cork (IRL or) Beerse (Belgium)
Duration: 12 months (contract assignment)
Hours: 40 hours hybrid working
Imagine your next project - You will partner with our business teams to understand existing processes, then design and develop custom Power Apps to simplify work, automate repetitive tasks, and improve overall efficiency. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in training staff and ensuring a smooth transition to new digital tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current business workflows and identify areas for digital automation and improvement
- Design, build, and deploy tailored Power Apps solutions
- Automate workflows using Power Automate where applicable
- Assist in data analysis, visualization, and reporting using Power BI or Excel
- Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support
- Collaborate closely with teams to gather feedback and iteratively improve solutions
- Guide change management initiatives, encouraging success adoption
How to Succeed:
- Minimum of 1 year hands-on experience with building low code business application such as Quickbase, Power Apps and the Microsoft Power Platform
- At least 1 year in business analysis, process improvement, or related roles
- Proven ability to develop scalable, user-friendly business apps
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in Power BI, Excel, or similar tools
- Excellent communication and teaching skills, capable of working with non-technical users
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience working across teams and managing stakeholder expectations
- Experience in regulated industries such as pharma, healthcare, or manufacturing (not mandatory)
This role offers a very competitive hourly rate.
