Technical Co-Founder / Product Partner (AI + Apps)

Compensation

Founder equity plus revenue share. Stipend possible after first paying customers. Clear path to CTO title.

Mission

Build and ship a focused portfolio of small, high-signal products. You will be the technical counterpart who scopes, builds, and iterates quickly with real customer feedback.

What You Will Build First

• AI readiness and enablement tools for teams seeking productivity without chaos. Lightweight workflow apps, prompt libraries, policy kits, and reporting dashboards.
• Ecommerce and operations integrations for Irish and EU SMEs. Connectors for Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, and Odoo. Practical automations that save time and make money.
• Live shopping enablement for TikTok Shop and live streams. Order intake, label generation, and fulfillment handoff.
• Selective nearshoring plays that pair EU client needs with high quality delivery in cost-efficient markets.

You do not need to be expert in everything. Be strong in a few areas and comfortable learning the rest.

Core Responsibilities

• Translate opportunities into scoped MVPs with clear must-haves.
• Choose the stack, stand up repos, CI, and cloud.
• Ship v1 in weeks and instrument usage from day one.
• Build clean integrations with common tools. Shopify, GA4, Slack, Google Workspace, Odoo, Meta, TikTok.
• Apply LLMs when they are the best tool. Retrieval, function calling, evals, prompt safety, and cost control.
• Partner on customer discovery, pricing tests, and go-to-market.
• Recruit and manage contractors as we grow.

What Good Looks Like In 90 Days

• Two tiny but lovable products live with real users.
• Clear metrics for adoption, retention, and feedback.
• Reusable scaffolding so the next MVP ships in half the time.
• At least one paying pilot or a signed LOI.

You Are Great At

• Rapid prototyping in JS or TS or Python. Bonus for React or Next.js and Node.
• Shipping on AWS or GCP or Azure.
• Data modeling and clean API design.
• Practical AI. OpenAI or Anthropic, embeddings, vector stores, RAG, evals, guardrails, and cost tracking.
• Ecommerce and ERP plumbing. Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Odoo.
• Secure auth, role based access, and GDPR aware data choices.
• Explaining technical tradeoffs to non-technical leaders.

Nice To Have

• Analytics stacks. PostHog, GA4, Mixpanel.
• Social or live shopping APIs. TikTok, Meta.
• Automation tools. Make, n8n, Zapier.
• Basic data visualization.
• Comfortable with customer demos and light sales engineering.
