We at Citi are looking to expand our technical product team in Dublin. We are excited to offer multiple development roles to talented individuals who are motivated to contribute to building next generation products and platforms in an industry leading organization.

The Senior Java Applications Developer position is responsible for implementing new application systems as part of a Technology scrum team.

The overall objective of this role is to contribute to application systems design and coding. High performers will have opportunities to lead teams and expand role to manage technology functions independently.

Responsibilities:

• Development and Implementation of Citi’s global products and applications based on Microservices architecture and hosted on private & public cloud platforms.
• Change and technical management of software upgrade/changes working with support team globally.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience in Agile and Scale Agile development models
• Proficient in Java, Microservices, OrasS or MongoDB.
• Experience of RestAPI, Kafka, MQ
• Exposure to cloud environments (ECS preferred).
• Should have working knowledge of CICD tools
• Experience in working with large multinational and multicultural organizations and businesses will be an advantage
  
  

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or above
