Job Description
- Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for prototypes and applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, mock-ups, and design systems to support product development.
- Ensure accessibility and responsive design across platforms (Web, Mobile, Desktop).
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate designs into functional code.
- Streamline user experiences across platforms to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document design decisions based on business requirements.
- Support internal staff through knowledge transfer sessions.
- Continuously improve user interfaces with a focus on simplicity, usability, and sleek design.
- 4-6 years experience in Applications Development Lifecycle.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong online portfolio showcasing UX/UI work.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS/SaSS, and template engines.
- Familiarity with client-side JavaScript and server-side JavaScript stacks.
- Experience working with AI tools to enhance the design process.
- Ability to generate efficient front-end code and collaborate with development teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teams.
- Effective communication in English, both oral and written.
