Change Business Analyst

My client based in Dublin City Centre is currently on the lookout for a Change Business Analyst to join their team. This is a daily rate contract for 10 months.

Hybrid: 3 days per week onsite

Responsibilities

• Assess business and technical readiness before a change is implemented
• Maintain readiness checklists, playbooks. Track and report readiness status
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all dependencies are in place
• Coordinate with stakeholders from different businesses to plan and execute partner testing for the change
• Coordinate with stakeholders from different businesses to design and execute end to end functional testing for the change
• Support cutover planning, dry runs, hyper care
• Support the documentation of standard operating procedures, escalation paths, process maps and COB plans
• Log and track defects, ensure timely resolution. Ensure issues are escalated quickly
• Participate in test environment data setup, provide test results. Evidence and traceability to requirements
• Contribute to lessons learned for continuous improvements, Ensure change control is executed throughout project

Qualifications

• 5-8 years relevant experience
• Prior industry experience in Custody or digital assets preferred
• Analytical mindset, Time management, Attention to detail and Adaptability
• Communication skills – Oral & Written
• Experience in design and executing testing plans, including partner testing
• Test management tools – Jira, confluence
• Process mapping and Readiness tools – Visio, Microsoft Suite
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
