Job Overview: As a Project Manager for Wealth Management, you will manage projects across the division, engaging with stakeholders from various departments including business, IT, Finance, Risk, and Compliance. Your role will be crucial in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and with a focus on governance and oversight of system operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Stakeholder Engagement: Identify stakeholders, gather business requirements, and document business cases in collaboration with relevant parties.
• IT/Channels Engagement: Work closely with Platform IT and channels teams to ensure project understanding and delivery.
• Governance & Oversight: Ensure project timelines, criteria for exit, test cases, and UAT approaches are established and signed-off. Provide visibility to management on progress and escalate any challenges for prompt resolution.
• Effective Liaison: Act as a liaison between business teams and tech solution owners to ensure smooth communication and clarity on project status.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in the Wealth/Capital markets domain.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project deliverables and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Strong understanding of Wealth Management products and processes, including trade and product life cycles.
• Experience with the implementation of trading platforms and portfolio management systems is preferable.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
• Capable of managing multiple projects with effective stakeholder engagement.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Emiratisation
