As an Artificial Intelligence Engineer, you will design and build intelligent systems that automate and improve key business areas from customer interactions to internal workflows, catalog intelligence, trend forecasting, and fraud prevention.

You will work with modern techniques in Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, and Generative AI to develop scalable solutions that enhance customer experience, speed up operations, and drive smarter decision-making across the company. Your role will combine research, prototyping, and deployment, always with a focus on practical impact.

A few examples of your daily tasks

• Design, build, and optimize conversational AI systems for customer interactions, recommendations, and support.
• Develop, enhance, and optimize methods for acquiring, extracting, and processing product and catalog data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance for analysis and downstream applications.
• Design and implement recommendation algorithms tailored to customer behavior using both supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Build and improve AI-powered workflows to detect anomalies and prevent fraud across subscriptions, transactions, and user behavior.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve AI systems and business processes.
• Explore and apply the latest advances in Generative AI and NLP to develop creative, scalable solutions for real-world problems.

Is this you?

• 5–6 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or Machine Learning roles.
• Degree in Computer Science,Mathematics, Physics, Statistics or similar
• Excellence programming knowledge in Python
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing
• Experience with Statistical Analysis and Machine Learning
• Analytical mindset, creativity, and passion for AI innovation.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Team-work and goal-oriented approach
