We are looking for a skilled Ruby on Rails Developer to join our international team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications that support our publishing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails (versions 3-8).
• Manage deployments with Capistrano and GitLab.
• Handle background processing with Sidekiq.
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails (versions 3-8).
• Proficiency in GitLab, Capistrano, and Sidekiq.
• Experience with Linux and server management.
• Solid understanding of databases, MVC, and RESTful APIs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize applications.
• Good English langauge knowledge.
