Job description:
• Develop and implement the company's long-term strategy and development plan in accordance with the goals of the board.
- Ensure the company's growth and market expansion in the Baltics, Europe and the World, promoting the introduction of new products and technologies.
• Develop a financial strategy, monitor the budget, investment projects and resource allocation.
- Manage investment attraction processes (EU fund projects, venture capital, credit programs) and monitor their effective use.
• Monitor the development and improvement of the company's structure, ensuring more efficient operation and cooperation between structural units.
- Determine and implement the company's KPI system, ensuring regular reporting to the board on the achievement of goals.
• Participate in the risk management and compliance process, cooperating with lawyers, auditors and regulatory environment experts.
- Develop corporate governance principles and procedures in accordance with sustainable development standards.
• Cooperate with other C-level managers in the strategic provision of operational activities and monitoring the achievement of KPIs.
- Promote innovation and research projects within the company, collaborating with the technical team and industry partners.
• Represent the company in negotiations with major customers and suppliers, government agencies, financial institutions, investment agencies and strategic partners.
- Develop the company's brand and represent it in the public space (conferences, industry events, media), strengthening the company's reputation and visibility.
Requirements for candidates:
• Higher education in management, finance, economics or strategic development.
• Experience in leading senior managers or business units (preferably 3+ years), including experience in cooperation with investors, advisors or strategic partners.
• In-depth understanding of financial planning and strategic.
• Knowledge of sustainable development principles.
• Experience in cooperation with state institutions, financial institutions, investment agencies and strategic partners.
• Ability to analyze large amounts of data and make decisions based on KPIs and other indicators.
• Latvian and English language skills at a professional communication level.
It is desirable if you have:
• Experience in international or multidisciplinary positions.
• Understanding of the peculiarities of the development of manufacturing and technology companies, especially in the start-up and innovation environment.
