Field Support Representative Specialist

The Field Support Representative (FSR) provides operational and technical support to Edge Autonomy customers, ensuring the effective performance of products and services and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires the ability to independently identify and resolve technical issues, maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, and collaborate with various internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Provide on-site operational and technical support to customers.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing consultation and guidance to clients.

Document customer inquiries, issues, and feedback in company systems.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by responding promptly and delivering quality service.

Maintain up-to-date technical and operational knowledge of Edge Autonomy products and systems

Collaborate with other departments (Program Managers, Product Managers, Customer Service, MRO).

Participate in the “Stand-by System” rotation schedule.

Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in aviation, mechanical engineering, or another technical field.

Knowledge of unmanned aircraft (UAS) technologies and aviation standards.

Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and responsibility.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good command of Latvian and English (Russian language skills are an advantage).

Willingness to travel for short business trips abroad.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of technical software (e.g., SolidWorks, etc.).
