Image Processing Engineer

We are looking for an Image Processing Engineer to evaluate and integrate third-party imaging solutions into our products. The role involves testing cameras, supporting embedded teams, and working with external suppliers.
Candidates should have a background in electronics or computer science, knowledge of image processing and embedded systems, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Experience with OpenCV and Python for testing or automation is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and test third-party image processing solutions, features for integration into our products.
Collaborate with external suppliers to ensure proper feature support and provide technical feedback.
Assist embedded systems engineers in validating and integrating imaging features.
Analyze system-level imaging solutions and ensure correct usage within our architecture.
Conduct camera testing, including configuration of settings, interfaces, and communication.
Support system-level debugging, validation, and documentation of imaging components.
Requirements
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Understanding of image processing and computer vision concepts (algorithm development not required).
Solid knowledge of electronics fundamentals, especially camera interfaces, communication protocols and embedded systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills for working with external partners and internal teams.
Proficiency in English for technical discussions and documentation.
Bonus Skills
Experience with image processing libraries (e.g., OpenCV) for testing and analysis.
Scripting or programming experience in Python to support evaluation and automation tasks.
