We are looking:

As a Back-end Developer at Fleming, you will be joining a cross-functional team of experienced individuals.

You will spend most of your time producing high-quality code backed by tests for our projects. But since the process is an ever-changing one, you will also be welcome to participate in planning, workflow improvement, retrospection, research, and technical design activities.

Get ready to:

• Work on highly scalable products and cloud-based infrastructure with enormously fast release cycles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Produce efficient, well-structured, and understandable code covered with tests.

We expect you to:

• Have at least 2 years of experience working with PHP and Laravel (Symfony works too).
• Have experience working with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Have experience writing unit and integration tests.
• Have a solid understanding of OOP fundamentals and design patterns.
• Be a good communicator that loves sharing your experience with others.
• Have strong English and Lithuanian language skills.

Bonus points for:

• Experience with DevOps tools or practices, such as CI/CD pipelines, kubernetes, containerization (Docker), or cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure. While not required, familiarity with these areas is highly valued and can enhance your impact in this role.

Salary

Gross salary range is 3000 - 5500 EUR/month.

*Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
