This is a hands-on role where you’ll turn data into actionable insights, run straightforward UX experiments, and help keep the team organised. If you have a foundation in SEO—through study or practice—and enjoy working with data and digital tools, you’ll be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
- SEO Reporting – Monitor and report on SEO performance across 9 websites using our standard toolkit, delivering clear and concise weekly and monthly updates.
- AB and UX Testing – Set up and run A/B tests, heatmaps, and session recordings; track performance and distill results into actionable recommendations.
- Optimising Site Search – Monitoring and reporting on site search results, and improving the Algolia algorithm to deliver better results for all websites.
- Team Coordination – Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes, and circulate concise follow-ups with clear action items and owners.
- Ad-hoc Marketing Support – Assist with digital marketing tasks such as data exports, tag checks, and dashboard maintenance.
- Tools you’ll Use – Google Analytics 4, Google & Bing Search Console, Semrush, Sitebulb, Algolia, PowerPoint, Excel/Google Sheets (experience with Airtable is a plus).
Skills and Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with VWO (or another A/B testing platform).
- Familiarity with GA4, Semrush, Sitebulb, and Google Search Console is desirable.
- Basic understanding of Core Web Vitals and page speed optimisation.
- Proactive and analytical mindset, confidently using spreadsheets to create tables and charts and perform simple calculations.
- Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills.
- Organised and dependable with calendars, notes, and follow-ups.
- Foundational SEO knowledge (through coursework or experience) and a willingness to learn quickly with guidance.
