Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer, backend-focused, to join the integrations team of our client, a leading cloud contact center platform. Responsibilities:
- Support, maintain, and enhance the existing CRM Adapter codebase.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues in the CRM Adapter.
- Develop new features to support the latest CRM adapter.
- Track changes in Salesforce telephony API and evolve the adapter to maintain compatibility.
- Ensure high-quality code that is well-documented, maintainable, and testable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CRM developers, product managers, and QA).
- 6+ years of professional experience developing applications.
- Strong experience with Java and Spring (Spring Boot), including gRPC-based services.
- Solid JavaScript skills (Vanilla JS desired), with good understanding of general frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, modern frameworks).
- Proficient in API development and system integrations.
- Experienced with server-side technologies and databases (SQL or NoSQL).
- Experience working with any cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong dedication to delivering high-quality code and solutions on time and within scope.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM (Lightning, Apex) and familiarity with Service Cloud Voice integration (BYOT APIs).
- Experience with React.
- Experience with WebSockets.
