What You'll Do

• Work with the data team throughout the full data lifecycle: acquisition, exploration, cleaning, integration, analysis, interpretation, and visualization.
• Act as the key liaison between business and data - translating end-user needs into clear, technical requirements and ensuring mutual understanding.
• Guide teams in structuring and modelling data into scalable, easy-to-understand architectures that enable reliable analytics and reporting.
• Provide detailed descriptions of data products and define workflows, business objects, and data models to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams to transform ideas and data discoveries into actionable insights, models, and solutions that improve business outcomes.
• Help streamline and automate data acquisition processes and contribute to the evolution of advanced analytics workflows.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of data technologies, methodologies, and market developments to inspire innovation and benchmarking.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience as an Information Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar analytical role.
• Strong understanding of data models, data types, and data structures - with a technical mindset and the ability to challenge and refine data definitions.
• Experience translating complex business questions into clear, technical requirements for engineering and analytics teams.
• A curious, structured, and analytical approach to problem-solving with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Familiarity with hypothesis-driven analysis and working within agile, data-focused teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to act as the "translator" between business experts and technical specialists.
• Dutch-speaking preferred; fluent English speakers who are open to learning Dutch are welcome.
