We are now looking for a Program Project Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.

*For this position, you have to be already in Lisbon, Portugal, and have legal documentation to work in Portugal.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of strategic initiatives, from planning to execution. You’ll collaborate with multiple stakeholders, align diverse perspectives, and navigate challenges with creativity and resilience — always focused on delivery and impact.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the effective management of project scope, timelines, costs, and quality.
• Develop and enforce project plans covering execution, communication, risks, and mitigation.
• Align financial execution with operational progress.
• Maintain clear, assertive communication with all stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports and management insights to support decision-making.
• Proactively remove blockers and identify alternative workstreams to ensure project continuity.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven project management experience in complex, multinational environments.
• Strong decision-making and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to “make it happen” in fast-paced contexts.
• Flexibility and adaptability in an evolving environment.
• Portuguese fluency (C1/C2).
• Education in Management or experience in management consulting is highly valued.
