Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in
standardization, harmonization, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working/ processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. Responsibilities - your mission:
You will be working closely with Procurement business for the management and implementation of the procurement supplier master data digital solution in order to secure and improve procurement master data management, compliance and quality to support decision/strategy making by trusted and qualified data.
Project Management support for master data digital solution & quality projects
Translate, collect, consolidate and prioritize business needs
Define “High level functional business specifications" in alignment with business, IT development teams and experts
Ensure timely and high quality procurement master data services to support business strategy development and execution
Working with the development team to create conceptual data models and data flows and monitor the implementation
Initiate and lead improvement projects to support master data management in alignment with transverse stakeholders.
Strong multifunctional Stakeholder & Network management
External service providers working for the area of responsibility are managed professionally
Provide guidelines and awareness for the procurement community

The team achieves that by defining the procurement data governance and data quality frameworks, methods, and standards for business processes as well as IT solutions. We enable the designing of innovative data solutions along with new initiatives, consult projects and enforce data compliance together with our partners in Analytics, Business and Tech. We take advantage of standardization and democratization of data to allow data-driven decision making even faster and more often and to unleash the real power of data right from the start while being compliant.

Degree in Business/Data Administration with specialization such as information technology, statistical, data management or demonstrated previous experience in a similar position.
A minimum of 3 to 5 year’s experience in digital, project or business data management
Hands-on experience in skywise or equivalent would be a plus.
Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
French, German or/and Spanish would be appreciated.
