We seek a Data Analyst willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team.

We are looking for a Data Analyst with experience in Microsoft platform tools and the Azure ecosystem, responsible for transforming data into meaningful insights to support decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, solid technical knowledge in data modeling and visualization, and hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, SQL Server, and Azure Synapse.

Main Responsibilities

• Collect, interpret, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring indicator consistency and data integrity.
• Build data models in Azure SQL Database, Synapse, or Analysis Services to support various business areas.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Architects in defining analytical models and integration flows within Azure Data Lake.
• Translate business requirements into SQL queries and dimensional models, ensuring performance and consistency.
• Support Data Governance and Data Quality initiatives, ensuring the reliability of information provided.
• Validate and reconcile data between source systems and analytical layers.
• Contribute to the documentation and automation of analytical processes, promoting efficiency and reproducibility.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis using Microsoft tools.
• Proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization, and performance tuning).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling in SQL Server and/or Azure SQL.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Data Factory.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate needs into analytical metrics.

Preferred:

• Experience with Power BI Service, including workspace, gateway, and dataset management.
• Knowledge of Python or advanced Excel for data analysis and transformation.
• Understanding of applied statistics and predictive methods (optional).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and with DevOps tools.
