- Facilitate PI Planning
- Support Iteration Execution – facilitate team events, work within the ART’s cadence, collaborate with the PO, facilitate stakeholder collaboration.
- Measure, optimize and improve the team’s flow of work.
- Build High-Performing Teams – foster and support Agile Team attributes, encourage high-performing team dynamics, serve as a Lean-Agile Leader, foster collaboration on the team, act as a Team Coach .
- Improve ART Performance – facilitate cross-team collaboration, build trust with stakeholders, coach the IP Iteration, help the team inspect & adapt, facilitate the problem-solving workshop, resolve team conflicts, develop team skillsets.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to share best practices and align organizational Agile initiatives.
- Guide ART team in accordance to SAFe/Scrum practices and values.
- Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on problem-solving.
- Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
- Remove obstacles or blockers that hinder the Scrum team’s progress.
- Act as a servant leader by coaching and mentoring teams on agile principles, methodologies, and modern technology practices.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for process improvement and optimization.
- Keep track of industry trends, new technologies and best practices and advocate for their adoption within organizations (collaborating with new way of working group + others Value Trains within organization).
- Support complex agile release processes and ensure effective coordination and synchronization within the Agile Release Train (advanced Jira know-how, incident management).
