We are hiring a Service Reliability Engineer (SRE) for our client Deutsche Bank, within the DB Global Technology hub in Bucharest. The team focuses on implementing SRE principles and developing monitoring and automation capabilities to support the bank’s Anti-Financial Crime area.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop automation for health checks, monitoring, and recovery processes;
• Collaborate with development teams to design fault-tolerant systems;
• Investigate and resolve production issues, ensuring long-term stability;
• Contribute to code reviews and promote consistent engineering standards;
• Support continuous improvement of operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

• Practical experience with Java, Kubernetes, and messaging systems;
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and chaos testing;
• Solid knowledge of Linux scripting and SQL;
• Experience with performance troubleshooting and reliability engineering;
• Interest in automation and scalable infrastructure.
