Role Description

The Assistant Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from initiation through completion. Working closely with project managers and cross-functional teams, this role assists in managing schedules, budgets, documentation, and communication to ensure that project objectives are met on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities

  • Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities and deliverables.

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and report findings to the project manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is an advantage.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
