About the Company

We are an AI-driven software platform transforming industrial construction to be smarter, more scalable, and more efficient. In most construction projects worldwide, prefabrication fails to integrate early — our platform changes that by assessing the prefabrication potential of architectural designs and connecting them with the right suppliers. Fully model-based, it integrates seamlessly into existing planning and procurement workflows.

Founded in 2024 by experienced entrepreneurs in Zurich and Munich, the company partners with leading research centers at ETH Zurich, TU Munich, and Stanford University. Within a year, we’ve received multiple awards and strong traction from project developers and architects across Europe and the U.S. To fuel this growth, we’re building an entrepreneurial team to further develop and scale the platform.

Your Role

We are looking for a Project Manager for Prefabrication Validation. In this role, you will lead customer projects from start to finish and shape how prefabrication testing is implemented at scale. You will collaborate directly with major project developers and architects, using our platform to translate early designs into actionable strategies for integrating prefabricated elements. Your insights will directly contribute to product development.

Your Tasks

  • Collaborate with project developers (primarily in the DACH region) and support them through the entire validation and procurement process
  • Implement structured processes for prefabrication testing from preparation to delivery
  • Translate design and BIM data into structured procurement packages
  • Gather feedback and define improvements that will advance product development
  • Work closely with the product and engineering teams to prioritize the roadmap

Your Profile

Required:

  • 3–5 years of experience in construction or project management, ideally across all project phases in architecture, civil engineering, or digital/industrial construction
  • Confident use of common authoring/planning systems (e.g. Revit, BIM 360, Speckle)
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort in client-facing roles
  • Strong understanding of product development and process design
  • Fluent in German and English

Preferred:

  • Experience with prefabrication, serial, or modular construction
  • Knowledge of cost modeling, value engineering, and procurement

Why Join Us

  • Competitive compensation with a share ownership plan (ESOP) based on experience and performance
  • Flexible working models — trust-based work instead of time tracking
  • Support for professional and personal development through courses, hackathons, and conferences
  • A dynamic startup environment with room for responsibility and growth
  • Modern hardware of your choice
  • Coaching, mentoring, and regular team offsites

If you’re ready to move from observing change in construction to driving it, this is the place for you. You’ll apply your experience in traditional planning and construction to help build a smarter, more scalable future for the industry — as part of a team that’s redefining how the world builds.
