About The Job

This newly created position sits within the Finance organization and has been established to ensure a holistic perspective across Bonava’s core financial systems and platforms. We are looking for someone who can connect the dots, set the direction and lead the way forward across Bonava’s digital landscape.

As Product Manager, you will guide a team of specialists and drive the strategic roadmap for our core systems. You’ll work closely with Finance, IT and Operations to ensure our platforms enable Bonava’s business goals. While not expected to be a deep technical expert, you should be comfortable navigating system concepts, understanding financial processes and translating business needs into actionable solutions. Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management are essential to succeed in this role.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for Bonava’s key platforms (ERP, project management, business planning tools)
• Lead and coach a team of system specialists
• Ensure a holistic view across systems and processes, aligning them with Bonava’s business goals
• Drive change management and increase adoption of our planning and reporting tools
• Translate business needs into effective technical solutions, collaborating across Finance, IT and Operations
• Build trust-based relationships and engage stakeholders at all levels

What we are looking for

• 8+ years of experience in senior roles within system, finance, or IT, for example Product Manager, Application Manager, Project Manager or Consultant
• Proven success in ERP or major system implementations, including process mapping, change management and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong understanding of financial processes and conceptual grasp of core business platforms
• Demonstrated ability to drive change with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong business acumen and strategic mindset
• Fluent in English (Swedish or other languages are a plus)
