About the role | PMO Analyst in Finance PMO

As PMO Analyst, you will be part of the central PMO team within Tryg Finance. You will support program execution by ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and coordination across workstreams. Your work will enable senior stakeholders to maintain visibility, make informed decisions, and drive progress toward strategic goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and refine program plans, budget tracking, and status reports to support strategic decision-making
• Track progress across workstreams and deliver timely, insight-driven updates to program leadership
• Support risk and issue management by identifying trends and recommending mitigation actions
• Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and ensure follow-up on key decisions and actions
• Help evolve PMO tools, templates, and reporting frameworks to improve clarity and impact
  
  

Location: Malmö, Stockholm, or Copenhagen. The role involves Nordic collaboration, including occasional travel to other offices.

To Be Successful In The Role, You Bring

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or business support roles
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Strong skills in planning, reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
• Fluency in a Scandinavian language as well as English
