Boehringer Ingelheim Turkey’s Information Technology Unit is seeking a passionate, eager to learn, and future-shaping IT Intern! 💻
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate with the IT Helpdesk team to address user requests
- Support the smooth operation of operating systems and applications
- Meticulously document your work
- Provide support to internal customers regarding IT applications and collaborate with global teams as needed
- Currently a 3rd or 4th-year student or a recent graduate in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer/Software Engineering or a related field,
- Proficient in English,
- Effective in using MS Office applications,
- Process-oriented with analytical skills,
- Possessing strong analytical thinking skills,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- A team player,
- Successful in interpersonal relationships,
- Having a basic understanding of networking,
- Willing to take on responsibilities,
- Helpdesk experience is a plus,
- Attentive to reporting and documentation, with strong customer focus and problem-solving skills,
- Available to work a minimum of 3 days a week and for a long-term period,
