Boehringer Ingelheim Turkey’s Information Technology Unit is seeking a passionate, eager to learn, and future-shaping IT Intern! 💻

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate with the IT Helpdesk team to address user requests
• Support the smooth operation of operating systems and applications
• Meticulously document your work
• Provide support to internal customers regarding IT applications and collaborate with global teams as needed
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently a 3rd or 4th-year student or a recent graduate in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer/Software Engineering or a related field,
• Proficient in English,
• Effective in using MS Office applications,
• Process-oriented with analytical skills,
• Possessing strong analytical thinking skills,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
• A team player,
• Successful in interpersonal relationships,
• Having a basic understanding of networking,
• Willing to take on responsibilities,
• Helpdesk experience is a plus,
• Attentive to reporting and documentation, with strong customer focus and problem-solving skills,
• Available to work a minimum of 3 days a week and for a long-term period,
