We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging user interfaces and digital marketing materials for our mobile applications. Your main focus will be working closely with Product, App Design, Visual Arts, and Data teams to create user-friendly and captivating apps that users will enjoy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand the needs and wants of our target audience,
• Design and prototype user interfaces and user flows,
• Collaborate with the art team to create visually appealing and consistent user experiences,
• Work with the data team to analyze user behavior and identify areas for improvement,
• Inspire team innovation through visioning exercises and mentorship,
• Evangelize UX across the organization to cultivate a user-centric culture,
• Create static key visuals for a range of placements, including marketing collateral, video ads, animations, social media, websites and ad campaigns,
• Ensuring our apps' branding requirements are applied on digital channels, printed materials, or merchandise; being a brand ambassador on the company’s branding,
• Managing the process of branded items, starting from sourcing the right vendor, designing the concept, getting the right price, ensuring the correct application and keeping stock,
• Demonstrate strategic thinking with the ability to act tactically and achieve key milestones,
• Lead workshops that incorporate business and development perspectives into the design process,
• Bridge creativity and technology by consulting with and advising internal business units from Marketing to Technology,
• Work in a dynamic, collaborative, transparent, non-hierarchical, and ego-free work culture,
• Collaborate in a cross-functional Agile team.

What Are We Looking For:

• BS or BA degree in Design (e.g., industrial, product, interaction, service design), HCI, or a related field is preferred,
• Experience collaborating closely with stakeholders such as Business Development and Product teams to define and explore product opportunities,
• Ability to design mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes of new interfaces,
• Passion for creating user-friendly, appealing, and consistent UI elements,
• Understanding of technical requirements and limitations,
• Deep curiosity in all phases of the design process, including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, UX design, UI design,
• Experience in designing for multiple platforms,
• Proficiency with UX design stages and prototyping tools such as Figma,
• Skilled in creating both low and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes for complex workflows,
• Strong presentation skills to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders,
• Background in Atomic design, component-based design and design systems,
• Ability to communicate and influence product design strategy effectively,
• Understanding the Data Driven design mindset and ability to design decisions on data rather than intuition or personal preference,
• Advanced verbal and written English skills are an asset
