We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to help us design, build, and scale cutting-edge ML solutions that power real-world products. You’ll work with a talented cross-functional team to deliver impactful, production-ready models that make a difference.

What You’ll Do

• Implement scalable and efficient ML models to support our growing data ecosystem.
• Contribute to our in-house code libraries, following best practices in software engineering.
• Deploy and monitor ML models in cloud environments, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to integrate ML solutions into production systems.
• Optimize ML pipelines for speed, cost, and maintainability.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines for automated ML model deployment.
• Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and monitoring of models in production.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong background in machine learning and deep learning model development.
• Excellent programming skills in Python; experience with SQL and PySpark is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud deployment workflows.
• Proficiency in ML frameworks like PyTorch (or Keras), Scikit-learn, and Pandas.
• A problem-solving mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), model optimization (quantization, distillation), and transfer learning.
• Familiarity with Azure Services — Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Databricks.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerized applications.
