We're looking for a Product Designer to join our team in London as part of our Product Development function.
Your Team: You will join our events design team, dedicated to working on a diverse range of event brands including the prestigious Cannes Lions and Money20/20. We are eager to onboard a seasoned product designer who will drive new initiatives and operational improvements in the events division.
Your Role: You’ll be raising the digital bar across our brands (Cannes Lions, Money 20/20, and more), working alongside our existing events designers, and collaborating with the wider design teams. Your day to day will involve designing new features from concepts to release, working closely with product managers, engineers, developers and stakeholders, while creating engaging digital products which meet the goals of our users and business.

Key Responsibilities
- Help define and shape the future of our digital experiences, for a global audience of users, across our world-class event brands, including Cannes Lions (Lions) and Money20/20
- You’re confident in your design approach, able to quickly refine clear briefs, while also enjoying the freedom to take the lead on projects that involve research, planning, and crafting creative solutions.
- You’ll lead the design of new features and solutions end-to-end; from concept to release, ensuring they meet both user needs and business goals
- Use data and research where necessary to inform design solutions and use testing to quickly iterate them
- You’ll create high quality visual designs with a strong understanding of design principles and best practices
- You’ll work collaborate with engineers, understanding tech constraints and opportunities
- You’ll be responsible for maintaining and building our component library and keeping it updated in tandem with the design system
- You’ll be designing solutions with AA accessibility baked in from the start
- Inspire the team with contagious enthusiasm, sharing knowledge and ideas that elevate and motivate others and providing thoughtful and supportive feedback
- Proven experience in product design, especially for e-commerce, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful work.
- Strong visual designer, able to understand problems and drive creative solutions and passionate about UI and design
- Able to work in tandem with product managers and engineers, understand constraints and opportunities.Experience planning and running user interviews / testing
- Great communication skills and confidence talking to various stakeholders and users
- Experience creating, governing and scaling design systems
- Deep understanding of UX and UI best practices and responsive design
- Strong skills in Figma - including prototyping, and excited about discovering and learning other new design tools
- Understanding of AA accessibility standards
