Project Description


We are strengthening Zoolatech management team and in need of the operational manager/project coordinator who will help to run day to day operations for one of the Zoolatech development teams.

It is a great opportunity to step in into IT management world. Your focus will be on operational processes, tactical up sales, finance and legal - SOWs, invoicing, recruitment, HR, Financial forecasting. It is a client facing role where you will be working with client engineering leadership on regular basis - mainly checking on how team is performing and creating corrective actions.


Responsibilities


  • Maintain and oversee all operational processes for the team, including onboarding and offboarding, monitoring team engagement and retention, and ensuring effective day-to-day organizational support
  • Regularly staying in touch with the client on team health and performance
  • Managing recruitment of the team members
  • Performance management of the team members (in partnership with HR team)
  • Creating/reviewing/validating SOWs and Invoices (in partnership with Legal team)
  • Flagging risks and escalating issues to leadership team


Skills Required

  • Strong English as it is client facing role
  • Previous experience working with or in engineering teams (HR, Recruitment, Scrum Master, BA, QA, etc)
  • Good organisational skills - you do not need supervision, you always complete work on time and nothing slips
  • Positive thinking and pro-activity - you are capable of solving any arising ‘issues’ with positive attitude
