YOU WILL
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple medium/complex projects (scope, schedule, budget, risks, change control).
- Standardize logistics processes globally; implement control plans and business process metrics.
- Execute transportation value-improvement projects, report status, timing, and deliverables to the Transportation Leadership Team.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications; manage change requests and remove roadblocks.
- Build and lead operations teams: set goals, coach, and ensure smooth transition to steady state.
- Maintain strong knowledge of logistics systems and cross-functional processes; cultivate a pipeline of CI initiatives (service, cost, efficiency, optimization).
YOU NEED
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Finance, Data/Computer Science, Mathematics, or related (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years in Logistics/healthcare services/specialty pharmacy; 2+ years delivering large-scale initiatives.
- Advanced Tableau (Desktop/Prep) for analysis & visualization.
- Proven project management, analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to plan and deliver in a fast-changing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent English (Spanish is a plus).
- Ability to work independently with appreciable latitude and collaborate across cross-functional, multicultural teams.
