Job Title: Senior Product Designer

Location: Remote-first, with occasional office visits

Salary: £80k + above market equity!!!

About the Role:

As a Senior Product Designer within a Growth team, you’ll own the end-to-end design of key growth initiatives across web and mobile, leading efforts from concept to final features!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design for growth initiatives end-to-end, optimising key user journeys across platforms
• Drive data-driven design decisions through A/B testing, with a focus on conversion and engagement metrics
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and execute the Growth strategy
• Transform quantitative and qualitative insights into compelling experiences, supporting rapid experimentation
• Advocate for user-centred design across the company to balance user needs with business goals

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in product design with a focus on growth and conversion optimisation
• Proven success designing for B2C and product-led environments
• Strong UX portfolio showcasing measurable impact on business metrics
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies, data analysis, and Figma
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders
• Experience balancing customer needs with business goals and technical constraints across web and mobile

Bonus:

• Familiarity with growth frameworks, funnel optimisation, and experience in high-growth environments
• Background in subscription-based or marketplace products
