UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to create exceptional user experiences for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-cantered design principles and a passion for crafting intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative design solutions.

Qualifications:

• UI &UX Designer with a minimum of 3 years' experience in consumer-focused startups.
• Hands-on experience in UI/UX designing for Mobile Apps (Android & IOS) & website.
• Great listening skills & communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Creative in designing, good usage of colour palette, Icons & Affects
• Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders across Product, Development, business & Marketing teams.
• Good understanding of Design Thinking Principles, User-centric Design & usability testing.
• Skilled to critic the UX Designs and able to Identify the gaps in the existing app.
• Experience in following a conversion centric design approach, with a focus on App Metrics & User funnel data.

Responsibilities:

• Understand user psychology, product requirements & business goals to create the user experience.
• Translate ideas & concepts into user flows, Wireframes, Mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Create user designs by performing UX research, market analysis, customer feedback, technical constraints/opportunities, and usability findings
• Design and deliver wireframes, user journeys, and mockups for a wide range of devices and interfaces like Mobile Apps, Websites - Desktop & Mobile, Smartwatches, Tablets etc.,
• Identify, research and find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g., usability, findability)
• Comfortable with design Tools - Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch & Invision
• Creative and has knowledge of various Icon types, UI, Animation, Motion Designs, Colour Palette, and Defining Brand Guidelines (Typography, Font, Colour, Icon set, buttons etc.,)
• Take ownership of the entire UX requirements which include UX Research, Prototyping, Customer Journey mapping, Designing, Incorporating Feedback, Design UAT/Testing & stakeholder management.
• Work on Design roadmap, Prioritize & manage the work by collaborating with various stakeholders
• Be a UX advocate and critic, with the ability to solve customer problems.
• Constantly looking to hone your design instinct & skills through user feedback, whether through hands-on user research or by designing options for an A/B test
• Able to analyze the design success with the Product teams by measuring its performance through metrics Initial
