• Customize Service Portal and Now Experience for H&S users

• Design dashboards and reporting for EHS KPIs

• Apply branding and accessibility standards

• Work closely with BA and OCM team for adoption alignment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years in ServiceNow UI/UX development

• Strong HTML5, CSS, Angular/React knowledge

• Experience with Service Portal & Now Experience Framework
