💼 About the Role
As our HR Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our people operations — supporting everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and HR administration. You’ll help create a smooth, efficient, and fun experience for every team member.
🧩 What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process — job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
- Managing employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
- Supporting onboarding and documentation for new joiners.
- Conduct telephonic interviews and arrange an interview with the HR/hiring Manager.
- Assisting with payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
- Coordinating, training schedules, and HR reports.
- Assist the HR manager on handling day-to-day basis.
🌈 What Makes You a Great Fit
- You have 1–3 years of HR experience in the F&B (or strong internship/administrative background).
- You’re organized, proactive, and approachable — people enjoy working with you.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data.
- Proficiency in MS Office / HRIS tools is a plus.
