💼 About the Role

As our HR Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our people operations — supporting everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and HR administration. You’ll help create a smooth, efficient, and fun experience for every team member.


🧩 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process — job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Managing employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
  • Supporting onboarding and documentation for new joiners.
  • Conduct telephonic interviews and arrange an interview with the HR/hiring Manager.
  • Assisting with payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
  • Coordinating, training schedules, and HR reports.
  • Assist the HR manager on handling day-to-day basis.

  • You have 1–3 years of HR experience in the F&B (or strong internship/administrative background).
  • You’re organized, proactive, and approachable — people enjoy working with you.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / HRIS tools is a plus.
