This on-site role supports day-to-day HR service delivery and operational excellence for client-facing and internal teams.

Primary Title: Human Resources Coordinator

About The Opportunity

We are hiring an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join a fast-paced professional services environment in the UAE. This operational HR role is ideal for a detail-oriented practitioner who can manage HRIS data, coordinate recruitment and onboarding, support payroll inputs, and ensure compliance with local labour regulations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment logistics: post vacancies, manage applicant tracking workflows, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and prepare offer documentation.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes: collect and verify new-hire documentation, run orientation checklists, coordinate equipment and access, and close leaver formalities.
  • Maintain HRIS and employee records: update data accurately, run standard and ad-hoc HR reports, and support data-driven HR operations.
  • Support payroll processing: gather and validate attendance, allowances, deductions and liaise with payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll runs and reconciliations.
  • Respond to employee queries and maintain case logs: provide timely resolution or escalate complex issues to HR Business Partners.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies: assist with audits, policy updates, and statutory filings as required.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
  • Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Taleo, BambooHR)
  • Payroll processing and reconciliation
  • UAE Labour Law knowledge
  • Employee onboarding and offboarding administration
  • Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables)

Preferred

  • SHRM-CP or CIPD certification
  • Experience in HR Shared Services or HR operations within the UAE
  • Arabic language proficiency
