Job Description

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ongoing and upcoming ADNOC construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing EPC projects within the oil & gas sector and must be capable of joining immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of project execution including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and implementation for ADNOC projects
• Coordinate with ADNOC representatives, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage project risk, ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and HSE guidelines.
• Prepare and present regular project reports and progress updates.
• Ensure all deliverables are in line with ADNOC specifications and client expectations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in managing ADNOC construction projects.
• Previously approved by ADNOC as a Project Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related discipline). PMP Certification is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Thorough knowledge of ADNOC procedures, documentation, and quality standards.
• Ability to join immediately.
