Job Description

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will take on a pivotal role within our dynamic and innovative engineering team. You will be responsible for managing complex projects, from conception through completion, ensuring that all objectives are met on time, under budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership skills will be pivotal in coordinating with multiple teams, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes. Responsibilities

• Lead complex engineering projects from initiation through successful completion.
• Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and engineers to establish project scopes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for all projects.
• Develop detailed project plans and ensure they align with business goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of project deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies effectively.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff members.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met or exceeded.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other external partners.
• Evaluate engineering processes and recommend improvements to maximize efficiency.
• Review and approve engineering designs, modifications, and technical documentation.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is mandatory.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in project engineering or management roles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with proven experience.
• Excellent knowledge of engineering software and technical project management tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and execute multiple projects concurrently.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale engineering projects.
