As a Senior Project Engineer, you will take on a pivotal role within our dynamic and innovative engineering team. Responsibilities
- Lead complex engineering projects from initiation through successful completion.
- Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and engineers to establish project scopes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for all projects.
- Develop detailed project plans and ensure they align with business goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of project deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies effectively.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff members.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met or exceeded.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other external partners.
- Evaluate engineering processes and recommend improvements to maximize efficiency.
- Review and approve engineering designs, modifications, and technical documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is mandatory.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in project engineering or management roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with proven experience.
- Excellent knowledge of engineering software and technical project management tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and execute multiple projects concurrently.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale engineering projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
