We are looking for a skilled L2 Network Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of network protocols, troubleshooting techniques, and customer service skills to provide exceptional support to our clients.
๐ Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
โฐ Work Mode: Work From Office
๐ผ Role: L2 Network Support Engineer
Salary - 10000 AED to 12000 AED
Experience - 4 to 5 years
What You'll Do
i. Cisco/Aruba/Juniper etc. Network Routing, Switching, WiFi and other Networking Hardware Maintenance, Racking, Spares Replacement etc.
ii. Security Hardware like UTM, NGFW, NAC, VPN etc. Installation, Maintenance etc.
iii. Datacenter Physical Security Systems Installation, Maintenance etc.
iv. Cable Management, Installation in Data Center
v. Experience using ITSM and ITOM tools for Data Center related Support Tasks
vi. 8x5 on-site and on-call for emergency/P1 incidents after office hours
vii. Relevant Industry Certifications is a Plus
viii. At least TWO Professional References for the relevant experience
